We've been supporting apprentices since 2011, built around one simple principle: you get the talent, we manage the complexity.
This means your managers and teams can spend their time doing what they do best, welcoming, mentoring and developing a new member of the team, rather than becoming experts in apprenticeship administration.
We connect motivated people with great employers, helping businesses and educational organisations build stronger teams and giving apprentices a genuine route into lasting careers. As a DWP-accredited Flexi-Job Apprenticeship Agency, we handle everything that comes with growing your workforce, recruitment, payroll, HR and employment admin, and we're with you every step of the way.
We're a managed apprenticeship service, also known as a Flexi-Job Apprenticeship Agency (FJAA), accredited by the DWP in 2022. Our model is designed to support employers in four ways:
To recruit and develop talent.
Between more than one organisation.
When it isn't possible for the host to do so.
Government funding on behalf of organisations.
More than an apprenticeship provider, we combine the structure of a professional apprenticeship service with a team that genuinely knows its apprentices and employers.
When an apprentice was facing homelessness, our team responded within two days, arranging temporary accommodation, support towards permanent housing and access to counselling. It's what we mean by going over and above.
When one of our training providers went into liquidation, we onboarded more than 20 apprentices to a new, fully vetted provider within a month, keeping their apprenticeships on track with minimal disruption.
Every apprentice gets enhanced onboarding, regular check-ins, coaching and soft-skills development, plus access to our Employee Assistance Programme, covering everything from counselling and wellbeing support to legal and financial advice. Because supporting an apprentice means recognising the person behind the job title.
We take the time to understand your organisation, culture and staffing needs, so the result works for your business, your apprentice and the training provider.
Our Employee Assistance Programme gives apprentices and their families access to a broad range of support, including:
Because supporting an apprentice means recognising the person behind the job title.
At the same time, host employers have a responsive partner who remains involved throughout the apprenticeship.
Behind every successful apprenticeship is a team who understands what it takes to make it work, bringing together experience across education, business, finance and people development.
Holly brings more than 15 years' experience across recruitment, education, leadership development and executive coaching. She holds a Master's in Education and Training Management, an ILM Level 7 Executive Coaching qualification, and is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. As the driving force behind Apprenticeship Solutions, she keeps the business efficient, responsive and focused on outcomes.
Deborah brings extensive senior leadership experience across education, skills and business development, including leading major education organisations and working as a Vice Principal. Her strength is recognising potential in people, and knowing how to turn it into progress.
Barry brings more than 30 years of business and financial experience, spanning financial management, commercial decision-making and business planning. He keeps Apprenticeship Solutions financially strong and well positioned for growth, making the numbers work, so we can focus on making apprenticeships work.
Gemma is at the heart of our day-to-day apprenticeship support, keeping apprentices, employers and training providers connected and informed. She gained her AAT qualifications while raising three children at home, and brought that same determination to managing a very busy Sweaty Betty store in London before joining the team. Approachable and practical, she listens, spots issues early, and makes sure nobody feels they're navigating the journey alone.
Jojo brings exceptional people skills and professionalism to Apprenticeship Solutions, built during her career with Cathay Pacific, where she progressed to First Class Cabin Team Leader. Often the first person our apprentices and employers speak to, she has a natural ability to make people feel welcome, valued and listened to.
Our team may have different areas of expertise, but we're united by one goal.
For employers, that means less admin and less risk. For apprentices, it means someone in their corner from day one. For training providers, it means a responsive partner who delivers.
Efficient enough to make apprenticeships simple. Experienced enough to solve problems. Flexible enough to adapt. Human enough to care. That's why organisations choose Apprenticeship Solutions.
Let's build the future, together.
